Policies & Important Information
Reservations
A 50% reservation retainer is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is due on the first day of service.
Holiday Policy
Holiday services are billed at 150% of standard rates for the day before the holiday, the holiday itself, and the day after. A 50% holiday surcharge applies from 3 days before through 3 days after an observed holiday. Full payment is required at the time of booking. All holiday bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellations
More than 5 days (120 hours) before your booking: Your deposit will be credited toward a future stay. Within 5 days: The full service amount is due; your deposit will be credited for later use.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will always review with compassion and extend flexibility when possible.
Home Access
Reliable access (key, code, lockbox) is required at the time of service. If we cannot enter, the full visit fee applies. A $20 return-trip fee may be added if a return is required.
